Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 2 to 3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (5 to 7 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Ickle Bubba is committed to offering a high level of customer care. If a customer is not completely satisfied with their purchase, it can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt

 

Faults reported within the first 30 days 

Ickle Bubba will endeavor to either repair or replace an item wherever possible. If this is not possible IB may then offer a full or partial refund adjusted for length of use. 

We are happy to fulfil our warranty commitments and offer a repair service if needed.

Standard Warranty Terms

Chassis and seat frames – 2 years
Wheels – 1 year
Seat fabrics, carrycot hood, carrycot apron, handle bar cover, bumper bar and accessories – 6 months
Car seats and highchairs – 2 years

FREE Extended Warranty Offer

If you register your product with us online within 28 days of purchase we are happy to double the warranty period – twice as much peace of mind for FREE!

This extended warranty does not cover fabrics and wheels, which are covered by the standard warranty only.

 

Are there any items that cannot be returned or exchanged?

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for Personal Care Products once the product has been washed or used unless they are faulty. Packs will only be accepted back if they are complete. This does not affect your statutory rights*. Personal Care Products include items such as nappies, dummies, toothbrushes, combs and hairbrushes.

 
When will I be refunded?
 
 We will initiate the refund, replacement or exchange process once we have been notified of your request.
Any refunds due will be processed within 14 days by Kiddiesheavenonline as per Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations.
 
 
Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the UK. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound..
